Job Description

  • Answer customer enquiries by phone and email, providing accurate information and resolving queries in a professional manner.
  • Process customer orders by capturing, updating, and maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.
  • Prepare and process administrative documentation, including credit notes, invoices, quotations, and EFT payment documentation.
  • Maintain financial and sales records by reconciling cash sales, submitting daily cash sale reports, and assisting with invoice and pricing queries.
  • Manage office administration, including issuing PPE by cost centre, filing documents, maintaining records, and ensuring administrative procedures comply with company policies.
  • Support operational efficiency by liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring documentation is accurate, equipment maintenance is tracked, and administrative tasks are completed within required deadlines.
