Job Description

Handle incoming sales enquiries from customers and distributors
Prepare and send accurate quotations for tyre products and related services
Process sales orders on the system and ensure correct pricing and details
Monitor stock availability and confirm product lead times with production/warehouse
Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide ongoing support
Follow up on quotes, pending orders, backorders, and customer requests
Assist external sales representatives with admin support and customer coordination
Handle customer complaints, returns, and warranty-related queries professionally
Maintain and update customer records and sales information on the system
Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction at all times
Provide product information, specifications, and availability to customers
Support sales targets and contribute to overall branch or company revenue goals
