Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work on buildings, equipment, and fixtures.
• Repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogged drains, and faulty fixtures.
• Conduct basic electrical repairs, including replacing switches, outlets, and light fixtures.
• Carry out carpentry work, including repairing doors, cabinets, and furniture.
• Paint and patch walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
• Install shelves, fixtures, and other building components.
• Inspect facilities and identify maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and painting.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license (preferred).
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Trade certification or vocational training.
• Experience working in residential, commercial, or industrial maintenance.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
