As part of a strategy to become more efficient and dynamic in our service offering, we announced our new Sales & Services Contact Centre this month.With new state-of-the-art sales software, coupled with new systems and staff structures, we are confident that we can provide a complete customer satisfaction experience, making it more efficient to request quotes, make enquiries and process sales orders. In the past customers would have dealt with a single Sales Administrator. The Contact Centre is now set up to feature customers company information, including purchase history and unique pricing structure when our customers phone in.Aligned with the new strategy, we now also has a new dedicated National Contact Centre numbers for each of their respective sales divisions in an attempt to route calls more efficiently and offer improved service levels. We have always been customer-driven and look forward to this journey of moving forward together in business with our customers!

Mpumalanga’s biggest trade show, The Mpumalanga Show, takes place from 29 August to 1 September in Mbombela. The Mpumalanga Show platform is a unique and diverse mechanism that aims to drive change and assist in economic growth, sustainability and transformation, which attracts investment, and assists in sustainable job creation. The show features an assortment of industries within the agricultural, mining, wildlife, tourism and related sectors. Our Nelspruit branch will be exhibiting at the show and will feature our agricultural, forestry and mining tyre and rim solutions. As a first-ever for ATT, the show offers us an opportunity to showcase our products and brands to a new audience. Having recently established branches across South Africa, we hope that by attending shows such as the Mpumalanga Show, we can grow market awareness across the country.
