ATT Launches a new Sales Contact Centre

As part of a strategy to become more efficient and dynamic in our service offering, we announced our new Sales & Services Contact Centre this month.
With new state-of-the-art sales software, coupled with new systems and staff structures, we are confident that we can provide a complete customer satisfaction experience, making it more efficient to request quotes, make enquiries and process sales orders.

In the past customers would have dealt with a single Sales Administrator. The Contact Centre is now set up to feature customers company information, including purchase history and unique pricing structure when our customers phone in.
Aligned with the new strategy, we now also has a new dedicated National Contact Centre numbers for each of their respective sales divisions in an attempt to route calls more efficiently and offer improved service levels.

We have always been customer-driven and look forward to this journey of moving forward together in business with our customers!
