Processes
Our efficient processes ensure fast and effective service delivery
- Breakdown reporting: Breakdowns are reported to our control room, who then identifies the nearest supplier carrying ATT stock to minimize response times.
- Supplier Allocation: The control room assigns the job to the most appropriate supplier, who dispatches a breakdown technician. Our customer is then updated continuously via constant feedback until breakdown is completed and full details of completion is given.
- Repair Execution: The technician verifies the issue on-site, executing tyre repairs or replacements as needed. Every technician carries a tyre as per clients request to guarantee preparedness for any scenario.
- Administrative process: All work is documented via our digital platform, and our administrative team processes the details and issues the invoice promptly.
- Customer Communication: Our ATT Control room keeps the customer informed timeously from breakdown start to completion.
- Tyre management: To simplify operations, removed tyre/s must be returned with the driver, reducing logistical challenges.
- Breakdown Turn around times: While estimates are provided, on-road circumstances may affect arrival times.

- Core Services: Specializing in tyre repairs and tyre replacements. Our operations are available 24/7 nationwide, ensuring prompt service whenever & wherever needed.
